We are truly sorry that you were not aware of our automatic renewal feature and that you were not able to find a caregiver to fit your needs. All memberships do renew automatically until canceled and this was stated for you when you upgraded your account. That being said, I have noted your suggestion and will share this with the product development team. Hi Kim, Memberships do renew automatically until canceled, as this is a subscription service. These terms are stated twice on the upgrade page and in our Terms of Use.
