I have enjoyed every part of the Care App. My only complaint was being inundated with emails right at the beginning. They were hard to go through and organize. I should have deleted them all and only used the app. It has been much more user friendly.

Your core service is great and very useful. However, your constant emails are so annoying i may have to cancel service. I bought it. I like it. I use it. It is not going to become an integral part of my life. Lighten up, is my suggestion. Spend that money looking for new customers.
