Interrupted subscribing when I read the prices and heard about all the bad experiences with this Company. Now, they keep sending me mails and won't delete me as they cannot answer anonymous mails (?). Apparently they will keep sending me junk as long as the Company exist.

The business causes it to be extremely hard to cancel the subscription. No phone numbers or e-mail addresses are given as a way to get additional subscription information or to cancel.

Care.com has not been providing good "care" of their clients". I have potential babysitters to hire that I am unable to run background checks (that I paid in advance for) on because of their website technical difficulties. I have asked for them to run manually but I guess in this tech world things can no longer be completed manually but by a system. So I have been waiting 2-3 weeks for them to fix the issue. I have followed up via email several times with no response from anyone. I have called several times with no update, progress or resolution to the technical situation. I just keep getting the same reply. I have requested to speak to a supervisor and they tell me that they will call me next week. I am frustrated and sadden by my experience. Your main clients are most likely "working moms". Do you think that we have the time to call and email several times a week with no resolution? You should consider making things easier for you type of clientel.

J'ai postulé à de nombreuses annonces mais soit j'ai été refusée soit je n'ai eu aucune réponse. La seule réponse positive que j'ai reçue s'est transformée en arnaque par la suite. Je me retrouve maintenant à porter plainte !

As a dog walker I joined the site and have to buy credits to apply for jobs that are posted. Apparently if you are unsuccessful you get a credit back- this has never happened. I have applied for many jobs and heard nothing back from any of them which seems rather strange - not even people asking for more information etc. I feel like the site is a farce and that many of the 'adverts' are fake and aimed at certain postcodes in order to get people to buy credits and apply. Avoid

This seems to be a scam. So many word for word duplicated adverts and I had lots that used my name! I was looking for pet sitting opportunities and was sent ads for very low pay for so far away that it would cost far more than I was getting.

Dat ze het lidmaatschap automatisch verlengen indien je niet specifiek alles stop zet, wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven, het staat er wel, maar je leest er zo over en dat vind ik fout, ze zouden het duidelijker moeten zetten zodat je beter geïnformeerd bent, maar ja, ze verdienen graag geld op de kap van een ander... Bovendien had ik het gezien na 2 maanden en via de website "gedowngrade" en dit heeft blijkbaar niet gepakt, waardoor ik nog maanden ben blijven doorbetalen zonder dat ik het wist!! Schandalig!
