Terrible website I specifically ticked one month membership and they continued charging my card - at no point in the ticking selection does it tell you it will be automatically renewed. If you want to cancel it you cant because there is no customer service. You can only "downgrade" it so they can keep your details. You cannot remove your credit card details as they continue charging it despite informing you that they will no longer charge it IT IS A SCAM and should be shut down by the UK Government. Apart from everything else, it is scary that such a website can provide carers for your children Also most carers are not qualified and some are not even allowed to legally work in the UK but the website doesn't assume any responsibility!!! PLEASE SHUT THE SITE DOWN!

Overpriced for the services given. Used to be free for certain features.

The automatic renewal feature is purposely designed to make you pay for a service you no longer need. I took a 3 months contract.. Renewal did not occurred after the 3 months as expected but a year later !!£89 were suddenly debited from my account without any previous reminder. that is absurd and insane practice! Why would anybody blindly renew a service he/she has not used for 9 months without checking his/her needs have not changed?? I raised my point but the care.com team was far too happy to keep my £89. To be avoided at all costs - not mentioning I never found anybody of interest in the ads...

Ik had een oud account als werkzoekende. Nu ik zelf opzoek was naar oppas, zocht ik daarnaar. Profiel geüpgraded voor 10 euro zodat ik contact kon leggen. Maar dit wilde steeds niet lukken. De website bleef er maar in hangen dat ik werk zocht en heb geen oppassen kunnen bereiken. Ik heb met deze klacht gemaild. Krijg ik een reactie die totaal nergens op slaat. "Wat jammer dat u het account op wilt zeggen". En vervolgens kan ik er helemaal niet meer op. Weg account en 10 euro. Ze hebben mijn mail dus totaal niet gelezen of ze weten zich geen raad %$#@!!!

I cancelled my membership in April 21st 2017... within the month of taking it. I am very upset that care.com had still been charging me. I never checked my credit card statement...which now I always will .... I have been charged for may, jun, jul, aug and sept. I had gone to the website and cancelled my membership. I am very disappointed in this company. This is the first time I used it and had no idea that I would be scammed.

Fy for den lede!! Plejer altid at tjekke op på Trustpilot. Men denne gang gik jeg så bare i gang med en profil da jeg var nysgerrig. Efterfølgende blev jeg "spam'et" med 50 henvendelser på "min annonce" - jeg har aldrig skrevet en!! I dag stod en ung mand og bankede på min dør. Han ville bare tjekke op på mit opslag (dvs. han har min adresse selvom jeg ikke har lavet en annonce!). Super sød og var så venlig at vise mig det jobopslag jeg efter sigende skulle have skrevet på sin telefon. Vi måtte sammen konstatere at det var en automatisk genereret annonce forfattet af Care.com selv. Jeg har nu fået slettet min profil ved at henvende mit til kundeservice. Håber det var det!

A complete scam!! I've sent 10+ messages to dogwalkers but got ZERO replies so far. I've also replied to a couple of those generic messages sent to me but non of the senders got back to me..

À fuire !!! Aucune personne ne répond sur ce site.. 35 euros par mois une vraie arnaque !!!
