Worst experience with a babysitting site!!! I had an account open with care.com for a while. I had no issues, all my information was accurate and I made sure to fill in all my nanny qualifications. Recently, I was in contact with a parent who did not agree with the rate I have given her ($8 to $10 an hour) and demanded to know why I was charging her that much to which I explainned the reasons. This person then when on to leave a horrible review on my profile saying that I was very disrespectful to her during the interview (which is a complete lie because I didnt even meet with her to begin with) also saying that I was sending her rude messages. Of course I reported this person, but care.com didnt even bother replying to my report. My account was closed by accident, and I tried reopening it, but care.com wouldnt let me and a message would pop up instead giving me a case number and that I have to contact care.com, which I did. I sent the care.com a message requesting info as to why I couldnt reopen my account and asking for help and what I got was an automated message telling me that care.com has the right to not tell me why an account was closed. So why do they even bother giving you a case number if they really don't plan on helping you with an actual solution to begin with?! They didnt offer an explanation or a resolution to the problem and basically told me that I'm never going to be able to reopen my account with them. This website has no customer service whatsoever. They are not there to help you. And it should be closed for good. I'm better off with SITTERCITY, this page actually has someone there to help you.. Not a computer. So do yourself a favor.. and stay away from this page!!

Used to be good. Now, they dont cancel your premium membership (even if you sent mails about it), they have no phones to talk to them. I had to go through paypal to stop it. And their membership is pure nonsense, jobs appear and disappear, you cant talk with others. It used to be good, and it cashed on that reputation, but stay away. Oh, and the best part...when they reply to you, its a no reply mail. But it is named the same as the normal mail and you never get an answer that this was not a good mail.... Dishonest.

Lets you sign up for a free membership, which is useless. To view messages sent to you, you must sign up for a very expensive monthly subscription. And they bombard you with emails. Rubbish, avoid

Ik zocht een poetsvrouw en hondenoppas voor mijn nieuwe woning. Zo kwam ik op de site van Care.com. Gratis inloggen. Je ziet allerlei mensen, die voldoen aan wat je zoekt maar om ze te contacteren moet je betalen. Ik betaalde voor 3 maanden. Gedurende die periode zou ik toch wel iemand moeten kunnen vinden. Dan blijken veel van de mensen al lang niet meer ingelogd te hebben. Daarna kwamen er vacatures van mij op de website terwijl ik ze niet geplaatst had. Tenslotte blijkt ook dat het contract moet opgezegd worden zoniet wordt het automatisch van je rekening gehaald door Adyen. Ik gaf hiertoe nooit (bewust) toelating aan Adyen.. Tens

Deze website maakt handig gebruik van een automatische verlenging van je abonnement. Maar voor wie is dit handig? Voor de klant? Of heeft Care.com het haarfijn door dat mensen het vergeten dat je automatisch wordt verlengd? Wij zijn zo stom geweest dat we niet goed de afschriften hebben bekeken en we zullen niet de enige zijn geweest. We hebben jaren lang €35 om de maand automatisch overgemaakt. Gezien de reviews op trustpilot neem ik niet eens de moeite om me bij ze te beklagen, het heeft toch geen zin, geld terugkrijgen doe je niet. Dan maar een slechte review schrijven en mensen behoeden om ervoor te betalen.

My husband is in law enforcement and i work for the county. We are both upstanding citizens in our community and do many benefits for charity. We were in need of a babysitter and saw care.com. they declined us with no reason. I laugh as i write this because if you are going to decline someone, you better back up those claims. I tell everyone not to use this site. The only way i can hurt them is through their pocket. Use indeed.com as an alternative. You`ve been warned

Elendigt fusk! Oplyste heldigvis kun navn og alder på på mine to børn (ikke adresse og konto nr.)!og fortrød så inden oprettelse af annoncen, men for sent. Henvendelserne fra en masse barnepiger væltede ind. Jeg har nu anmodet dem om at slette min "profil" omgående. Hold jer langt væk fra Care.com
