I added a job online & only opted to use the free ‘limited’ service. I was just testing the water. Straight away I got two responses which I read and relied to. Then three more came through but I wasn’t able to view them unless I paid a fee. After quickly looking on trust pilot it’s evident this is a cash cow. No way am I giving them my card details.

A year after cancelling my "trial membership" they charged me $156 in an unauthorized charge and do not respond when contacted. I checked my account and it says it is not active and there are no charges in my billing history. BE VERY WARY! I thought they were legit, but after being ignored and unable to find a way to speak to someone there, I believe this business may actually be a scam.

Buyer be warned! Horrible company. Scam artists! They don't tell you that the cost of service is a recurring fee and then you can't get out of it. It's also very hard to find their phone number. When you do get in touch with them they tell you you're wrong and you can't get a refund. They are a terrible company ...cheating people and taking advantage of everyone. Forget it!

As stated in our Terms of Use and twice on the upgrade page when you had initially signed up, all of our subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. This is a setting you can edit at any point after upgrading in your Account & Settings page by selecting the Downgrade option. These reviews are all true. I never read them until now because I was trying to cancel my membership. I was unpleased with the service. No one responds to you and some of the people were a no show. This company needs to shut down. When I told him to prorate my charges, he then got loud and rude with me. This is not a good company, I believe the ads are scams.

I started the signup process before getting scared off by their bad review on trustpilot. Since then I've been inundated by spam from them and clicking [unsubscribe] doesn't seem to unsubscribe me.

Bad experience, fraudulent means of making money, rip off. Should be closed down. Automatically renews policy and takes money every month from credit card, even when one has only signed up for one month.

All of our subscriptions auto renew until set to cancel and this is clearly outlined at the time of purchase before selecting a subscription. At Care.com, we know that the process of finding the perfect caregiver is no easy task and we set out to make that experience as helpful and seamless as possible. Bad rip off. Even after paying the £30 for premium access, you can't contact any of the potential people unless they pay the £30 as well. Therefore I've been unable to get in touch with a single applicant. Wish I's read here first. Avoid.

The usual rip-off company. Sign on for a month and they automatically debit you for the next month and so on. I tried to query this when I saw the amount come of my back statement (£45 for a month) and was told that it was in the fine print that they carry on charging unless notified. For me that's just not acceptable. I paid for a month with the intention of using it for a month. They know full well that no one will read the fine print and they must make a huge amount from people being charged automatically. As I said - RIP OFF.
