Is gewoon nep.... Koste gelukkig maar 1 maand. Melden bij consumentenbond!

I have to upgrade & pay in order to have parents be able to respond to my application! This was not the case before, I'll be leaving care.com after seeing other negative reviews. NO WAY AM I GIVING THEM MY CREDIT CARD! What use to be a good site for nannies and parents is now all about the $$$$$ for the owner, what a shame & a sham!

This company is terrible. In my area they practically cornered the market in nanny and babysitting jobs. I got a few jobs from their website and everythong was going good until I suddenly was removed from their site. They refuse to give a reason. The only thing I could think of is an ex boss of mine that has been angry at me because she had to pay half of 2 years of unemployment for me lied about me. I didnt even work for her through care.com. It was a previous job. I have a clean record and great references. This is incredibly unfair. They don't investigate complaints just kick people off and therefore screw them out of any hope of getting a job.

Scam scam scam A lady ask me too look after her little girl and I was happy to do so but then I got told she on hoilday so I could do a diffevent job for her it sounded great and I was happy but things did not add up she had a pic she showed me of what she look like but then had a diffevent pic on whatapp Also she tried to pay me by Cheack now I was not sure about that but I was like ok let’s see and I got it and looked at it and it was fake it was printed on paper I also went to the bank just to make sure and they told me it was fake The lady tried to get me to use my bank to send her monye back ,care.com should have things to stop people like that as I could of lose my bank

Awful website - stay well away! This is such a scam, they take your money and take no responsibility when things go wrong. Which it does often! They say that people are verified but they are not, they are just tick-boxed online. This is misleading. I have had terrible experiences with the people who want cleaners on here. They don't pay, don't get back to you and mess you around generally. I have paid money for no service and nothing has come out of it. So when you make an application for a job, the full details of the role are not shown deliberately. So you apply for a job, then only after you apply you see the hours, the full description of what is needed and the times and days. This means that people wanting help are inundated with applications that are not suitable and as an applicant, you realise that the job you have applied for is not what you are looking for. And guess what, this ups their stats for `number of applications'. I am also shown lots of jobs that are just too far away, the location setting is terrible and very often the jobs shown are a total waste of time because they are too far. Like 16-20 miles too far! The whole thing is so misleading and unacceptable. I have also been a customer wanting a service and care.com just take your money without letting you know. I have no idea how care.com get away with this. Save your money and stick to referrals, job websites, local paper listings and notices and other websites, it is pointless joining this.

Terrible, I have had experience with two families from this site and in my 25 years of experiences I have never ever ran into awful dysfunctional families. The first family; two kids ages 5 and 1 1/2 the 5 year old still sleeps in a baby crib and totally runs the household. Demanding and telling the grown ups what to do. The worst I have ever seen in my life and the 1 1/2 the mother still feeds him infant formula from a infant bottle.. the house was a total mess. Things everywhere just as a hoarder environment.. total not cool. The second family post stated, they were looking for a nanny however they were basically looking for a maid servant, (which wasn’t discuss during the interview) the family wants you to help clean out their dirty garage, finish unpacking their basement (which is filled with packed boxes) take their large trash cans to and from the street, do both kids and the parents laundry almost everyday, cook family dinners, unload and load their dirty dishes, bring the dishes from the dinner table (after they are done eating) place them in the dish washer, load and unload the dishes and organize their home; basically they didn’t want to do anything for theirselves. The house was a total mess with clothes and dishes everywhere, several dirty full garbage bags in the garage because they were to lazy to take it to the trash that sits outside.. This is just to name a few of the things they want you to do. I am still in disbelief and shock that a family allow their house to be a total mess. So far the families that I have come encounter with from this site is the worst ever... Much luck to any nanny searching to find a good family that’s not looking for a total maid servant.

We paid them for a month's subscription and they took 6 months. They never paid us back. They are fraudulent, do not use!

Sinister operation taking money from those trying to care for the vulnerable. Feels as though algorithms send the messages and do so purposely to make it seem like they are sent in real time. For all the hassle and the amount of time lost in the process of trying to use this thing to no avail I feel regret for having given them financial support.
