Nobody reply in this website. I paid only for one month but they charge me for second month, I didn’t realise they will make it as subscription. They don’t give any alert for second month before taking the money. £35 is a big money where nobody bothered to reply. Why your Terms of Use Care.com has to be an automatically renewing subscription service? You can ask for renewing or If you care about your customers you can send a notification before charging. All your terms are just taking money from customers, no care about serving the customers. It’s all rip off.

Terrible app, not easy to navigate. I've tried using the site 2 or 3 different times in the last 5 or 6 years. It's always frustrating and generally a waste of time and money. Now they updated the caregiver section to have a caregiver app. It won't load, I'm supposed to go and change my settings when every other app I have opened right up. It's a joke. Horrible, useless, waste of time and money.

I don't recommend at all. If you want to read the messages you received you have to upgrade to a premium membership and the premium membership is automatically renewed. I was not aware of that and payed twice 290 kr for an annonce I created. There are much more serious websites than this one. Please don't waste your money and your time.

Didn’t notify me of a charge, I sent an email to query/complain and never heard anything back. Doesn’t at all feel like a genuine site. Didn’t hear back from any prospective employee. Never seen so many consecutive 1 stars, says it all! I imagine it would have a minus score if that was at all possible.

I created a profile on Care.com mainly because I am a housekeeper and I was having so much trouble with even signing up. This is by far the worst app and webpage I have ever had the most trouble with. I couldn't even delete my profile it was so bad. I was following the steps to delete it, but the website is not allowing me to do so. I was also having problems finding jobs near me, in the app and on the webpage. It was a mistake and I should have never created a profile. It was just ridiculous how much trouble I was having signing up.

This page is not safe for people who are looking for work, people fake to be others and they want to run fake cv checks on you to take your money, their is some kind of fraudstars on care.com randomly asking for someone to look after their child, however it is all fake, I went ahead trusting this page giving the person my details to run a cv check etc, they send me a link in were I could do so and run my checks immediately.. however I did the whole process it asked for my bank details to run a bank check too and they took over 1,000 of my money, please do not trust anyone on this page until you meet them face to face or have some form of ID from them. Their is fraudstars on this page pretending to be needing nanny’s for their children but it’s another person behind screen trying to do fraud into your bank account and use your address for something else, please do not trust care.com if you are looking for any kind of job!

If I could give this company a ZERO and had the time to let every parent or guardian on the internet to cancel this company out I would. I signed up for a ONE MONTH* subscription with the assumption this was a promo I was being billed $35 dollars for 30 days with no auto-renewal or access to premium membership after the 30 days. I recently found out I've been getting billed $49 monthly for 3 months to date. The customer care support for the phone seems non-existent and very difficult to get through to. The email support team sucks and has poor customer service skills. Instead of addressing my issues they keep trying to tell me how I am wrong as a customer for wanting my full refund for the additions months i've been billed.
