Do not use this site. They scam you out of money, literally signed up for a one month trial and they went on to take a second month without any warning. No where when you sign up for one month does it say that you have signed up indefinitely unless you cancel. This is a fraudulent website.

Closed my account for no reason. I emailed them to ask why,and they said they didn't have to give a reason. Non of the possible reason's for accounts being closed applied to me,i explained! Still didn't matter! I'm a single mom just trying to make ends meet. This is very sad.

Care.com enforce you to pay money only to send messages to caregivers. I paid $62.40 for a 3-month-subscription. I contacted 33 persons. Only one replied saying she's not available. Even after more than 10 days, none of the other 32 responded. The refund policy on their website states that I can get a refund if no one responds in 3 days & if I contact them within 30 days of initial subscription. Which is what I did. Of course they tried to get out of it, giving excuses one after the other. I held my ground, unfortunately, because I didn't want to waste more time with them, I agreed with 50% refund. I cancelled my subscription. I will never use this scamming website again. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Care.com.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Care.com is mostly fraud. I say mostly because there may be one or two people actually looking for work. I'm not sure if the others are "made up" to illicit money so you can message them. Most people you do message, never see it. AND THEN they keep charging your credit card even when the subscription has been canceled, which is no easy feat. You have to "downgrade your service" before canceling is even offered. And don't even try deleting your credit card information. You've been warned....

More fake accounts looking for personal information then there is family looking for help.

Horrible app. It doesn't allow you to choose further dates than within the next 30 days when posting a job for child care. I thought one should give onself time to research for a responsible care giver, right? Not according to care.com! My job posting from Jan until August 2019 wasn't accepted. When you type and your screen goes off your message is deleted. Although I have a Premium an in-app advertisement continuously pops up suggesting I should get one and it's covering 'send' button. It's very hard to message anybody because you can't get rid of it otherwise than tapping on it and when you do! - your message is gone! So you have to go through the whole hassle of finding that person again and typing everything praying the add will not pop up again.....

If I Could I would give 0 start rating like the other reviewers. I am new Mom and become member to find babysitter/nanny for my infant. For finding nanny I was searching caregiver and messaging them directly then today for the first time I decided instead of looking one by one and send them message I post a job to see who is available. I tried to post the job and care.com did not approve. My job post was very simple it was just two sentence asking for a babysitter for afternoons and they deny to post my job?!?! and asked me to resubmit the job?!? and then suddenly they emailed me with reason/or no reason they are canceling my membership(The Membership that I paid) and I have been so courteous to whoever I contacted. It is very sad thing to see. I wish I researched about care.com before I become a member.

They charged me several hundred dollars by only billing my credit card every three months so I didn’t notice the charge. I have never used their services. This is a company of thieves and I would highly recommend not even visiting their website. Definitely do not download the app or they will start billing you without you even being aware and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company.
