I'm thankful for Care.com because it's an excellent resource for matching up providers with care givers and you can find work in a short period of time. However, I feel they do need to update a few features on their website\app. For example, I'd like the ability to "hide or delete" postings I have already applied to or am not interested in due to scheduling issues. Other than that, care.com is an excellent tool for finding work!

I have been a member for over a year now and although it was slow getting started I have had some very good experiences. Unfortunately, it took paying to upgrade to get my account noticed, but it paid off in the long run, so it is worth it, if you really want to find jobs. Making connections and adding references also helps and once I did this and upgraded my account I did and still do get many job offers.

I got my first job with Care.com only days after I enrolled.

to be honest, you find amazing families on here, BUT unless you have the money to spend on all of the upgrades, the chances of you getting hired are Very low. Chances are, if you are here looking for work you don't have the extra cash to spend on all of these expensive upgrades. The function to add your availability was upgraded, but a pain especially on the mobile app. A few issues with the mobile app but overall a easy site to use. Would also love to have the jobs posted that were already "filled" removed faster .

Care.com always has interesting offers but when I apply not one has ever gotten back with me for the job....

I have found good caregivers in a short period of time. I also received information on long term care almost instantly. Thank you for the help!
