echt een flop. gelukkig gewoon voor de gratis versie gekozen. zocht een oppas voor groningen en krijg als match dames uit Arnhem of nog verder.. dat slaat toch nergens op. vervolgens krijg ik een bericht van iemand aan de andere kant van Nederland en moet ik betalen om deze te lezen. is alleen maar geldklopperij. ik zou zeggen..bespaar je de moeite. ik krijg nu 20 mailtjes per dag in mijn mailbox en geen idee hoe ik ervan af kom.

Care.com is een self-service website waarmee u een vacature kunt plaatsen en kunt zoeken naar verzorgers in uw omgeving. Met een basis lidmaatschap krijgt u de kans om de website te evalueren zodat u een idee kan krijgen hoe het werkt. Wanneer u zover bent om contact op te nemen met potentiële zorgverleners, kan u uw account upgraden naar een Premium-lidmaatschap. Wat betreft de zoekopdrachten op de site, deze zijn gebaseerd op uw postcode de afstand die u aangeeft. Als u nog vragen of opmerkingen heeft, dan horen wij dat graag.

If I could give care.com a ZERO, I WOULD. Care.com terminated an account of the best house keeper I have met and known. One of her clients husband backed into her car, and refused to stand responsible for the damage. My house keeper reported them to her insurance and the appropriate authorities and in less than 24 hrs, her account was terminated. YES CARE.COM the worst place to give your money seeking work and hoping that they look into such cases. A disgruntled customer can report you and care.com will close your account without investigating.

As a carer looking for work, Care.com doesn't work. I replied to many adverts for work but don't even get a response. I also paid for this service. They take money from the advertisers and from the people seeking employment but there is never an interaction, presumably because the people looking for staff have to pay to view messages. Won't renew my subscription

Absolutely unprofessional, sneaky, and unethical agency!!! With lousy, incompetent, lazy and unstable employees!! This was said on couple of occasions in front of me!! And the minute you post a bad review about one of their employees, on their website, they terminate ur membership!!! How can you not, they are absolutely terrible!! It happened with many people we know! They want to be in control of the media so no one knows how lousy there employees are!!! Seriously!! It’s disgusting...AGAIN UNETHICAL... !!!! Very weird and unpleasant experience!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was very unclear that by hiring a babysitter one time I was automatically registered for a subscription! Care.com has been charging my credit card $39 a month for the past 4 months. When I tried to find contact information on their website there was no number for customer service. This is a scam. The organization is sneaky and very customer service deficient. I will never use this service again and highly suggest no one else does.
