A good way to find out about caregiver jobs. There is a lot of competition and I've only managed to get two jobs through them. Their calendar system is practically impossible to use. There has to be a better method. Also sometimes then send a list of new jobs only they are jobs I've already seen. And I signed up for premium when they were offering a discount but I never got the discount.

This site was recommended to me by a few coworkers. I was slightly discouraged for a little over a month I had no responses. Finally upgraded to purchase a premium plan. I am over qualified for the jobs I was applying for. So I wondered why no replies until I purchased a premium plan. Finally shortly after I was employed

I got connected with several families through this site. I did not have any problems with the people that were reaching out to me, they were all really great families!! I wish the site and mobile app were more user friendly, but they have been updating them slowly but surely.

I didnt give it 5 stars because the app is not excellent, it needs tweaked a bit. On the app it doesnt show all the jobs I have applied for. And once you apply you cant easily get back to see the job information again. There are couple other things app needs tweaked on. The website is netter than the app.

I think this site is best for people to contact you first for childcare or petcare. All but two of the people who posted a childcare or petcare need that I took the initiative to apply for never responded or sent a sketchy response. I think there are many fake postings on this site to make it look busier than it is.

I like to select families of 1 child of infant or toddler age as that is where I am most experienced. I also like to select older (late 20-35) as they know what they want and can provide a good atmosphere for their child

My honest experiences is was some family I already worked sign: a contract in the beginning I start and after they break for me for something don't interesting any more the nanny I need honest family to hired me. for permanent and long work. to keep in the some a job.

I appreciate that care.com: 1. allows me to release my contact information immediately 2. took my warnings seriously when spurious applicants started to use care.com's name - and later to post fake requests for tutors - and sent out warnings to other tutors 3. indicates the budget for the student 4. has a fee structure that gives me flexibility in pricing that a 30% commission charged by other tutor placement organizations precludes I would like to see some points added to the profile, allowing students to check off : 1. willingness to use online tutoring 2. willingness to come to the tutor's home. 3. requirement - as appropriate - for gender-specific tutors Some do, in the narrative.
