I was using this to find recruits for my cleaning company and after five months I canceled my subscription, but somehow my account was kept on auto renewal and I was charged for several additional months without any use. They absolutely do not offer refunds and will not allow you to speak to any representative they only provide email responses when trying to get any sort of credit. On top of that I did not find any qualified candidates that I ended up hiring.

canceled my account numerous times they continue to charge me had to cancel my card and file claims with bank and when I reached out to care.com they only refunded me one month. Do not sign up with this company!!!

Am 25.10.2025 probehalber kostenfrei angemeldet (bei betreut.de, das offenbar zu care.com gehört oder dafür tätig ist), da suggeriert wurde, dann Leistungsanbieter kontaktieren zu können. Das war jedoch nicht möglich, statt dessen hieß es nun, dass hierfür ein kostenpflichtiger Account benötigt würde. Das befand ich in dieser Konstellation für absolut unseriös, und habe daraufhin erfolglos versucht, den Account wieder zu löschen. Heute habe ich einen Widerruf per E-Mail an die hierfür ausgewiesene Adresse mcimprintde bei care.com gesendet, zurück kam die Meldung "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." Das passt alles haargenau zu den übrigen Bewertungen hier. Die Widerrufs-Kopie an betreut.de scheint übrigens durchgekommen zu sein. Werde für alle Fälle noch ein postalisches Einschreiben senden, um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein. Bleiben noch 2 Fragen an Trustpilot: Warum kann man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben? Und warum gelten die hier aktuell vergebenen 2,8* bei Ihnen noch als "akzeptabel"? Wie schlecht muss eine Firma denn sein, damit Sie sie als "unzumutbar, Finger weg!" klassieren? ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 04.11.2025: Eine Antwort von care.com ist eingegangen. Offenbar eine nichtssagende Standardantwort, wie sie, wenn man sich sonstige Bewertungen von care.com hier anschaut, so oder ähnlich fast jeder bekommt. Hierauf nun meine Antwort: Ich bin mit care.com und betreut.de (die noch miserablere Bewertungen bekommen haben) durch und will mich daher nicht weiter mit dieser Sache befassen. Zu euch, die ihr bei care.com Antworten verfasst: Egal ob es sich bei euch nun um natürliche oder künstliche Intelligenzen handelt, zumindest hättet ihr schon mal etwas zur Erreichbarkeit eurer Widerrufs-E-Mail sagen können.

They were insisting to pay to unlock the messages from applicants and when I did it. Now they are asking to ID verification. Why didn't say anything like that before.

I entered a promo code when signing up. The web page said 20% discount would be applied. It was not. Customer service would not help because I used Apple Pay. They say it's their policy that you can't use that payment method with discounts but it does not say that anywhere. I've done promo codes with that payment method three times. The first time it worked. The second time it didn't work but customer service refunded the difference. This time they refused and stated a nonexistent policy.
