I have had so many frustrating issues with this site and have wasted enormous amounts of time over the years. There is no access to any kind of assistance and their "help" topics never address my questions. It is a shame, because it is a great concept (I am a former nanny placement agency owner). I am a highly qualified caregiver and have TONS of stellar references, but my profile is currently invisible because they objected to my stating my rates (which I had to do since this was the only way to change from the10 year old rates on my profile which are no longer valid and have been wasting my time and disappointing many families who can't afford the rates I need to charge now.

I never found anyone and only joined for 1 month... but then they kept on debiting my account every month afterwards. All the correspondance was in Finnish and I had no option to change it to English. I feel cheated as now I have paid an extre 70 euros when I only budgeted for one month 35 euros membership!

DONT DO IT! Paid the money...contacted over 30 potential employers... NOT ONE RESPONSE! 99% of all these advertised jobs must be FAKE jobs otherwise I should have received SOME response! Even to just say no thank you. But no, nothing at all. SCAM!

Do not use this site as they take your credit card details and then continually debit your card without your authority. Their service is poor. I registered as I needed some home help, I paid a months fee in order to place the advert. The respondents were unprofessional, had no qualifications, didn't return my messages and mainly were scammers and people trying to get into Australia or wanting a visa. I was then debited $45 the following month and he customer service team at Care wouldn't refund the amount and showed me 'the fine print' which says they can debit my credit card. Stay away from Care.com.

another rip off, u can see the message for some nanny but you are not able to answer them back,

Very hard to navigate and for others to give reviews to your profile. They deleted my profile twice due to I had put in my bio that my husband is able to help lift etc with me for jobs if needed, and that, according to care.com constituted me being a business not an individual. They never tried to contact me about it or give a reason why until the 2nd time when I emailed them as to why. It took alot of work getting my profile and references set up for them to just delete it without warning. It also seems that people who wanted to hire me couldn't continue to message me unless I paid to upgrade to a paid membership. I am very displeased with this company. Do not recommend them.

Føler mig meget snydt! Jeg betalte premium medlemskab, da det så ud som om at der var flere barnepiger der havde skrevet til mig, men efter jeg havde betalt pengene, fandt jeg ud af at de var nogle automatiske beskeder sendt fra systemet. Når jeg selv prøvede at kontakte barnepiger, fik jeg aldrig noget svar.

I opened an account not knowing they refuse to refund my money. The fine print is so long, and so small. I didn’t know what I was doing. I was trying to help my daughter get help with her kids after she had major surgery. She told me care.com is the worst and would never use it again because the babysitters are not properly screened. I tried to cancel after an hour of opening an account and care.com refuses to refund my money and meanwhile they have been sending me emails about their services. So now I’m getting spammed by them as well. I don’t recommend them.
