Care.com found me some great sitters, though it's too expensive for what you get, but I was desperate. It gives you lots of info on each caregiver. However, I've yet to get any background checks, though I've requested them on my 2 sitters. Also, I maxed out on how many sitters I could contact after I messaged about 7 (don't remember the exact number). I don't see why they limit how many people you contact, because most don't pan out. Overall, I got some good sitters!

This company makes life easy when searching for senior assistance.

Overall I'm happy with Care.com. I found a great date night babysitter for our kids. Now I'm looking for a house cleaner so hopefully I will have success with this search as well!

The co. keeps trying to improve its resources to help customers, which is great. As with most services, the customer must add to the process a measure of her own creativity to optimize the search result.

I believe I have been utilizing your services for approximately three years by now. During this time frame, I've had good and bad experiences. In general, I want to let you know that my biggest complaint is about people who post a request for a caregiver or housekeeper, you reply and you never hear back. I am not saying that it is your fault, but it is quite disappointing. I went ahead and signed up for an upgrade in my membership and I still have the same results. I try to keep my background check report and traffic report up to date, I have provided names of references. I need to obtain a regular part time either as an elderly caregiver or a child caregiver. Thank you.

Not too bad, I have not found any work thus far, so slightly disappointing. I Have done everything they have suggested (Gotten reviews, background check, etc.) except for the video. Had 20 applications out and nothing back. :( Kind of depressing.

I have been a member of Care.com as a Nanny for a couple of years and the 3 biggest issues I have are:1) trying to make changes with the search program, I get daily updates of available jobs which is great EXCEPT some of the jobs on the list don't match my requirements and their help response doesn't regularly hit the mark. 2) They leave the 1 day jobs on the list after the date needed has passed.3) I submitted a complaint about a person who scammed me and had emailed me through Care.com, they responded and asked if I had documentation ect and I told them everything I had but they NEVER got back to me.
