I would give this company a 0 if I could. Paid for 1 month membership and still was charged for an automatically renewed premium membership with no emails sent to inform us about the charge. Do not use this company! I have submitted them to the Better Business Bureau. Also reported fraudulent billing to our credit card company.

Så de kan ikke finde dig på facebook eller noget. Så du SKAL betale 90 kr, for eller så kan i umulig komme i kontakt mellem arbejdsgiver eller arbejdsmodtager.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I searched may times to view the Google reviews to no avail. After reading these reviews my frustration is shared by most for the SAME reasons! It is a shame as good people are missing out on the giver and receiver end. If you a whole day with nothing to do you can go in circles attempting to contact them on line. I recommend, if you are looking for a job or need care you save yourself time and frustration by avoiding this site and company. Then I found this ?!

Warning! This site is a scam they will take your money and then delete your account my wife paid for membership and the background check they never gave her it. Just acted like we never did is and wanted us to pay again please do not use their are a ton of better care sites for your children. I would not trust a thief like care.com

I was trying to find a pet sitter. I looked at Care.com and they seemed legit - they had a Better Business Bureau rating and some good reviews. I signed up for the "Free Membership" and was sent messages supposedly from three interested pet sitters. However, to see the messages, you have to pay for a "Premium Membership". So I paid for one month only to find that the "messages" were automatic ones that simply repeated the information about the sitters that was available for free. I wrote to three sitters and never received a reply from any of them. Now I cannot find any way to cancel the subscription. The "Downgrade" button they claim is in Settings doesn't exist. So, I am going to have to call my bank and have the charge cancelled in a credit card dispute. I think this is basically a scam company.

Premium-abonnement genomen omdat dit noodzakelijk was voor de bemiddeling bij het snel vinden van een oppas. Dit zou een maand geldig zijn. Pas onlangs kwam ik erachter dat care.com meer dan 2 jaar 35 euro per maand heeft afgeschreven via mijn creditcard. Hierover heb ik nooit bericht gehad. Ik verkeerde in de veronderstelling dat ik betaalde aan Stichting Care, een hulpverleningsorganisatie met dezelfde naam. Ik kreeg ook nooit berichten over oppasdiensten van hen. De organisatie is niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Absoluut niet mee in zee gaan dus.

Bedankt voor uw beoordeling, en de tijd die u heeft genomen om uw mening over onze website te geven. Al onze lidmaatschappen worden automatisch vernieuwd totdat deze door de gebruiker worden stopgezet. Dit wordt vermeld tijdens uw aanmelding bij Care.com en staat tevens in onze voorwaarden. Op het moment dat u premium-lid wordt bij ons, gaat u akkoord met onze algemene voorwaarden en het is dan ook uw verantwoordelijkheid om deze te lezen. Hierin staat vermeld dat u ons een e-mail kunt sturen ter opzegging van uw abonnement, rekening houdend met onze opzeg termijn. Ook kunt u eenvoudig zelf uw account 'downgraden' in uw Care.com account. Verder ontvangt u iedere maand een rekening van ons per e-mail waarin nogmaals vermeld staat dat de betalingen maandelijks worden afgeschreven. Het is spijtig om te horen dat u ons heeft verward met een ander bedrijf, hier kunnen wij weinig aan doen. Verder is onze Nederlandse klantenservice ten alle tijde bereikbaar per e-mail en u kunt ons telefonisch bereiken in Duitsland waar onze collega's u met plezier te woord staan in het Engels of Duits.
