Didn’t know I was on auto renew, they charged me then I complained and got a full refund. That was great of them to do.

We've used care.com to find care for our elderly mother a number of times and have not been disappointed. It's almost like being able to look under the hood of a car and kicking the tires before you buy! Yes, Care.com allows you that much insight! We also love their HomePay.com sister site that takes care of all the payroll over the table! I wish they would also be able to do my office payroll but alas they are only for home care workers. Both have amazing customer service you can talk to. The first time I called in and a person answered, I was shocked as I was waiting for multiple submenus or even AI! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience here on care.com as a caregiver I paid around $10 for a monthly subscription and teamed up with an awesome family man who needed help with his home. Been busy getting paid ever since and met a good friend! And great person! 100% recommend care.com !
