I have been a member with Care.com over the last 7 years. I have had good experiences in general with families. The only thing is that since I was on and off from being a member I lost my reviews and everything I worked for to build my profile. The reviews were not saved after I stopped paying for my membership and when I wanted to restart paying I had to start from scratch. This should be improved.

I have been on Care.com for over 10 years. I have used them exclusively for jobs. I have never had any issues with them and have gotten many jobs and inquiries through the years. Unfortunately, they have completely changed over to app only to view jobs, etc. and it is qlitchy! I preferred the old format online and recently the navigation on the app has changed again.

I have used Care.com since 2014. I have found some really really great families. I am disappointed that I can no longer access care.com via laptop. It is only on the phone now which makes it harder for me. Overall, Care has been great. The customer service is fantastic. Thanks guys!

i was able to find job through this app. Care.com helps a lot of caregivers here in the USA. Also on the other hand this helps a lot of family in needs of caring for their elderly love ones.

The care.com experience was easy and helpful. The reason I gave it four stars is I did reach out to one care provider who never replied after originally agreeing to take the job. However, another provider was very helpful and ended up being a great fit for my daughter.
