Did not hear back from the two caregivers I tried to hire

Still trying to hire a senior caregiver. Have been able to find some good applicants. Finding it hard to communicate with applicants just using the care messaging system. Besides background check. It would be nice to be able to review copies of CV/resume, copies of current certification. Need to be able to have phone or video interview with applicants which require telephone number or email address to do.

This was my first time hiring housekeeping, and unfortunately the experience fell short. I scheduled for 8:00 AM, but the cleaner (Brittany) arrived at 9:41 AM. She was polite, but the cleaning was not what I would consider a true deep clean. The kitchen was made more orderly, but dishes were left in the sink and areas needed to be redone after I pointed them out. The bathroom also did not receive a deep clean—baseboards, walls, and major surfaces were not properly addressed. She was here for three hours, and I expected more thorough work and better communication on what could realistically be completed in that time. I won’t be using this service again, but I hope she improves by assessing the home first and setting clearer expectations with clients.

I'm sorry for the carers who work through this company. I'm sure most are fine. The company's fees and billing however are ridiculous and dangerous.

The quality of carers is very poor. Not nearly enough experience with children, lie about having a license and car, and I’ve even been given references who gave horrible reviews. This is not a place to find help for people you love.

This time as if they pretense many more? Three people were interested one didn’t call to say she could not show until 15 min prior to time we agreed. Overall paying for a service that has provided nothing just wanted house cleaner.

First, I need to say that no matter how many times I correct the heading from "nanny" to "HOUSEKEEPER," it ALWAYS returns to "nanny"! Regarding booking my HOUSEKEEPER, it has gone well... on my 5th try! All previous candidates wanted to charge many times (from 2-7 times!) the rate listed on their profile, or didn't return phone calls, or repeatedly changed their scheduled time, or canceled at the last minute! It has taken an inordinate amount of time to find someone who follows through on her promises (at least so far, after only one visit)!
