(I am a Danish site user / jeg brugt den danske side) You can post your job ad and send messages to helpers but cannot read ANY reply from them UNLESS you become a premium member paying 290 dkk monthly. It's basically a scam in my opinion because you don't get to learn it before you put some effort in your job ad and your profile etc. I bought it anyway because I was desperately looking for helpers but no wonder I didn't hear back from anyone. Who would pay almost 300 dkk a month for a job that you might or might not get? After wasting a month or two I canceled the membership and of course they charged me the next month too. I got a refund and I hope that it was an honest mistake.

PARENTS BEWARE: Care.com is where the criminals go. TWICE serious felons were unknowingly allowed into OUR HOME as caregivers. The Wall Street Journal exposed them for this in 2019. Do your own background checks, and please consider one of the many alternatives.

Do not use Care.com! Their customer service is not helpful. They just repeat what their site’s FAQ says. My job posting wasn’t approved for a simple error. I tried to resolve it and it took days of emailing. Finally it was resolved and they refused to give me a refund. Because I had “used the service” Stay far away from this business!

No wonder they can afford television advertising! They make it super difficult to close your account. I was sure I signed up for one month and here comes another charge on my account. Good grief! Very old school - catch you in an ongoing subscription practice. I will not recommend. By the way, I did not find a tutor with them.

Site verges on the unusable. There is a concept of "declining" a candidate, but no actual mechanism anywhere to do so. The basic features (communication) cost money, but unlike legit sites that charge up front care.com baits you into it. Then they charge on BOTH SIDES! They offer no support either. Terrible.

Det er ren platugle. Man forsøger endda at lokke os til en ekstra måned ved at skrive til os LIGE før abb. udløber.. Ingen vender tilbage - falske telefonnumre. Nogle af profilerne ved ikke engang selv, at de bliver misbrugt. grænser til BEDRAGERIG styr LANGT udenom dette

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Hired a Nanny from this site and turns out they were reported for suspected child abuse!!! The company knew this information and refused to tell me. This woman was alone with my children!

A few years ago, I used them for almost a year with NO LUCK finding a babysitting job. I submitted a background check, had many references, childhood education degree and more. I was way overqualified but i didn't get one single job from there. I wasted all that money for nothing. I was beginning to think it was a scam.
