Care.comReviews of care.com

Care est un fraudeur ont paye pour utiliser un mois et il continue a prendre un payement tout les mois aucune option n'est indique impossible de supprimer sont compte ou d'enlever les donner de ça carte de crédit c'est un arnaque

Just asked care.com for a refund. Since NJ had a stay at home order do to the pandemic, my wife and I were home and didn’t need a caregiver. Care.com kept charging me $43 dollars a month. So I wrote to them and asked them for refund because of the situation. It would have been for half of March, April, and May ($107 total). They offered me $41. Now I hadn’t been active on the account for a few months be this started, but I was not asking for that because that was on me to cancel. However it was not like I was going to start using it during a pandemic. In such difficult financial times Care.com was anything but caring. They certainly don’t live up to their name. They should change it to just subscription service because that is all they kept telling me. If you join just make sure you cancel right away when you stop using it.

Care.com was rude and discriminated against me. They deleted my profile and all of my hard work that I did to get a decent job.

I signed up for care.com because I am between jobs and thought babysitting and housework would be good options for me. I was recommended it by a friend who had seen ads for it. It needed $10 for a background check, which I was completely down for. I spend a large portion of my day making a good profile and applying to jobs. The next day I checked and saw that I had 6 messages but I couldn't view any of them. You have to pay more every month just to view your messages? ABSOLUTE SCAM. I closed my account and cannot remove my card information because the basic plan is a year long thing and you can't remove the card info until it is over. I'm pissed. Don't sign up for it. Not worth your energy.

Tried to cancel many times but they kept charging me. I had to block and change my card to make it stop! The only time when I used the service hired someone who clearly should not be allowed to take care of pets or children, so they for sure dont do any background check for your safety.

Scam site. Stay away. Canceled the service but they still kept charging and refused to refund.

This might as well be listed as a scam company and app. Absolutely ZERO committed responses, I’m convinced they are fake to make the site look productive. I tried to cancel my subscription 3 times each time it “didn’t go through” and I was continuous charged for a service I never got any benefit from. Do yourself a favor and do not download this app you will be charged, they will do anything to have any subscription cancellations “fall through” and any excuse to keep charging you. Not one person who said they were for hire (who reached out to my posts) responded back. This is a joke of an app and who ever invented it is just looking for ways to get money out of people without actually putting in any credible work.
