I canceled my membership and they continued to bill me. I cancelled the credit card and they jumped on my new one! Despicable. Untrustworthy

Wat een ongelooflijk slecht bedrijf! Je denkt dat je 1 maand koopt a 35 euro, blijken ze elke maand af te schrijven. Inderdaad geen telefoonnummer waarop je ze kunt bereiken. Wel per mail, maar heel vaag allemaal.

I signed up to this site to look for a nanny. once becoming a premium member i had minimal responses to my add. to top it off they then charged me a premium when what i thought i had signed up for was a one month deal. Not a trustworthy site!

Too many scams on the website. This website is impossible to trust...

If you sign up for the basic membership and give them your credit card, they will automatically upgrade you to a $27/mo. Premium Membership without notifying you and start charging your card in perpetuity. When I called them to stop this and asked for a refund. They said they were refunding my credit card (never happened) and downgrading my membership to the free basic (never happened). Don't use this site.

Do not use this company. I'd been with Care for quite sometime and was a prime caregiver. With them you ALWAYS have to weed out the bad families. I've gone on quite a few crazy interviews. Plus you get a bunch of scammers too. The thing that really ticked me off is for no reason they terminated my account. I have no reason why I was terminated. They sent a short email to inform me that my profile had been terminated and no reason was given. I have no reason to be terminated! They will not state why either. So if you don't want to waste your money and your time, I suggest going through a nanny agency to find your perfect family or nanny.
