I had to pay for a subscription to post a job and read messages, and the caregivers are mostly garbage. I've had people cancel last minute and simply no call/ no show. Huge waste of money.

Randomly terminated my account, the day after I paid for premium membership! I have no idea why and they will not give a reason. I was desperately looking for support workers on a limited budget and appear to have been conned out of the subscription fee and left permanently barred from the site. Gutted to have fallen for it, I desperately need to find a support worker so didn’t think twice.

Care.com cares more about revenue than developing trust with their customers and providing a valuable service. The notification process for renewals was abysmal and I've been charged $135 per quarter with no notifications and with zero activity on their platform for over a year. I submitted a request to customer service for a full or partial refund and no one replied. Total scam.

Hvorfor svarer i ikke på mails. Har skrevet flere mails. Findes der overhovedet nogle som finder et job igennem jer? Min datter har skrevet til flere, ingen svarer tilbage. Hun har betalt for en måneds abonnement og forsøgt at opsige det allerede samme dag. Nu er vi bange for i alligevel trækker for næste måned til trods for det er opsagt. Kan læse at det er sket for mange.

Rubbish. I signed up because it suggested there were lots of local childminders available to choose from. I posted details of what childcare I needed. Allegedly a number of the childminders have sent messages but I am not able to see these 'messages' unless I cough up money. At no point was I told I had to pay to see messages. £29.00 to read messages??? Come off it!

Terrible, Had meet and greets set up. And they cancelled at last minute. Two times. Two different caregivers. And you can't put a complaint on their site! Complete RIPOFF! Not even worth one star, but that is the lowest I can rate. Counted on them, and they left me high, and dry! Do not use this company!

You have to pay up from to see what they offer, then you get no responses from the people listed as caregivers. No refunds, no way to contact customer service listed on their website. Terrible company - avoid them.

Same as everyone else it is a total scam. They refuse to refund membership fees after failing to provide even 1 person that wanted to work. Smells very fishy and SCAM like. Horrible company that once they get your money you can forget about any service from them. Just a word of caution - stay away.
