Terrible website. I think the family postings are fake. The families never respond. The Care.com team is grossly unprofessional and incompetent. Don't waste your money on this website.

Worst place to find a nanny job. No response from care.com specialist. I don’t understand why it still exist.

Very expensive for what they offer. I hired cleaners through care.com and some of them did a horrible job. I left reviews and I had to escalate twice to customer service to get the review published. They police every bad review that goes on so that caregivers do not get bad reviews and people stop using them. Not to be trusted.

Huge hoax - tried to place a job offer. the moment i wanted to respond to their fake responses i needed o pay a fortune. Couldn't even respond to their mail "welcome" mail

I wish I could give zero stars! ABSOLUTELY horrible!!! This site was probably created by a few smart, manipulative people getting rich through lying, and scamming people. It's free to sign up, but it's a Scam, BAD NEWS!! Don't even waste your time or money with this sick, dishonest company!!!!

Right after I paid for my background check and started applying for jobs, they unexpectedly shut down my account and explained that they could do this “for any reason.” I even had to reach out to them on Twitter to get assistance because it’s impossible to can’t contact their normal customer service. I’ve been using other babysitting apps for years and I have no criminal background whatsoever, so they simply wanted to steal my money and run. Don’t give your money to them!! There are other babysitting apps and services that are much better. Save yourself the headache.
