Awful. Just awful. I have used the site before, and had an immediate need to use it again. I went online to upgrade my account and had to do it several times before it went through. Then I posted my job. After several days it is still pending. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT anyone, and the website is ridiculous. It was honestly the most frustrating experience I have had with a website/company in recent memory. Just awful and frustrating, completely and utterly frustrating.

Trying to close my account and the option does not exist, all the help links says to go to account setting, then membership, and that there's a link that says "close account", but the only option is to UPGRADE or automatically renew for next year

Horrible website. I signed up for the basic free plan, and they kept on spamming my emails with supposed hidden messages from potential carers, just to get me to pay £29 and sign up. I signed up for the premium account only to discover I had no messages from any carer. Wasted money. Should have checked these reviews before signing on. I have now cancelled my subscription and I am waiting to see if I'll be billed further when this month elapses. If they try it, I'll be taking my complaint all the way to consumer protection.

Do NOT ever use care.com. When you call to cancel your monthly subscription they will tell you you're cancelled and never do it until you realize months are passing by and they've still been charging you. Call them AGAIN and let them know how upset you are? They'll say they'll refund the single most recent months charge but all the others can't be reversed due to the billing agreement you signed up for. You'll have to dispute it with your credit card company. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Don't waste your money. Overcharges. NO Customer Service. Helpers are below par.

I tried to cancel my membership...Stops and asks why so they can improve. I kept leaving poor status and IT WOULDNT EVEN LET ME CANCEL without leaving a high rating. I took pictures of it before and after...No matter what I did poor rating wouldn't let me do a thing. Site sucks. Robbery. I found help, with way better services through the state then this. Over RATED!! I tried 2x with this site...Never again. Dont waste your money, go out for dinner instead

Monitor your charges from this company! They continued to charge me $50 per month for 6 months after I canceled my membership- and they will not refund it. Beware!

Back in 2019 I had got 2 great jobs though care.com and went back on to apply for another one but was unable to they blockedmeFirst rep I spoke to told me someone hacked into my account and the 2 rep told me I had something on my background. I checked with the company that supposed to do the check and it was never done. If there would of been something on my background I never would of gotten the 2. jobs I got So ppl beware of them please read there reviews not good
