Disappointed….
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with care.com. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. We have repeatedly reached out for help because we can’t access our account, yet we are still being charged for a service we can’t use. Despite multiple messages, we’ve received no real response or assistance. It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored while fees continue to come out each month. Based on our experience Care.com needs major improvement in communication and customer support. I would not recommend their service.
