Caretaker was able to accommodate an extra day due to travel issues

I have found Care.com really helpful for making job connections. The one thing that would make it easier would be to hear from the individuals looking for care. If you put out an opportunity, please be responsible and follow up with those who have applied. Thank you!

they answered all of my questions, were polite, respectful and very helpful with my problem.

They lady contacted me within a 24 hour period. And she seems to be willing to work with our time schedule and needs.

The care.com housekeeper I found for my mother is fantastic. Miriam is amazing. My mother is in a wheelchair full time and she caters the management of the house to her needs and limitations. She does a wonderful job and we trust her. Highly recommend. I would give 5 star rating but some of the staff weee very slow to respond to interview messages and I do not want to continue paying every month for a service that has already done what I needed it to do. She has been helping my mother for almost a year now and will have her as long as she will stay.

I was not able to get in touch with any clients as they won’t allow you to post phone numbers when you message someone for the first time and also they automatically renewed my subscription and it's impossible to get a refund, this is ridiculous. They are a company with poor ethics and I will never do business with them again. —————————— I’ve written an updated review. I originally had given it 1 star, but I am changing it to 4 stars as the issue was resolved very quick and with professionalism. They still have to give payment reminders as the automated payments are very annoying when you have forgotten about it.

I have not used you yet so far not good-

Were able to browse before committing. Was a bit surprised I had to pay extra to know if they were safe to hire, assumed they were all background checked. Did like the mini cover page about what the caregivers felt were their strengths and shared what they like about being a caregiver. I have not hired or interviewed yet so hoping what they said was who they really are and we find the right fit for our mom.
