Fup og svindel!! Jeg ventede i dagevis på godkendelse af oprettelse af job. Opslaget fulgte nøje de krævede retningslinjer. Skrev til dem adskillige gange men INGEN respons!!! Nu fortryder jeg, at jeg ikke først chekede dem hér på Trustpilot. Det ville have sparet mig for både tid og penge!!

After cancelling the service they kept charging us for two months and when we confronted them, they claimed that no such thing had taken place and charged us even for the following month! I had signed up to find a babysitter who could help in case of emergency, as me and my small daughter are now alone in the country due to corona, but never got to actually find one through this service. I explained to them that this money is feeding me and my child during the pandemic and that it was absolute disgrace they kept charging us for two months after cutting with the service but they refused to listen. Also they where supposed to respond within a specific time schedule but did not keep they’re word on purpose so they could wait a week before “making a confirmed cancellation” and charge us even further. There is a very special place in hell for people who rob people in need from their basic livings. Stay away or they will hurt your finances!

Terrible customer service. I did not have any luck with the person we hired through them. Unfortunately for us, seems she only wanted an easy babysitting job with good pay. I forgot that my monthly subscription was ending and they billed me for another month. I communicated to them on the very day that they billed me that I did not want to continue for a another month with the service and would they please refund me the money they had just charged me. After 3 emails back and forth they told me that there was nothing they could do and I would not get a refund. So they charged me for services not used. Very terrible customer service and PR.

Awful and empty experience.

They are the worst company. Do not subscribe to an account. You would be better off looking on Facebook and not getting penalized on automatic renewals with excessive rates when they do nothing to vet the candidates. Terrible terrible company.

Case 20694505. I received an unauthorized charge and their support refuses to refund me. Terrible company. Possibly illegal?

DO NOT JOIN - I would rate 0 stars if I could. This is a stupid fu**ing website. I'm beyond pissed. My account just got terminated after three years because I added another profile. You have to pay a monthly subscription to apply to jobs, read responses, read your own messages, and so much more. Not only that but it is IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WORK. The people I've worked for always have a stick up their ass. I met a mom who was so crazy she didn't let her daughter spin around, go out of her sight, jump, stand by any kind of stai(a single step), sit on the floor, or anything else. All this woman did was clean and micromanage her daughter. I went in for a trial day and I am very confident in my skills as a nanny, I'd say I'm one of the best out there. She didn't hire me because I owned a cat and I quote "cats make people sick". I've also had a job where I was babysitting two boys for an older man. He wanted a young, nieve, nanny to come into his life so he could find a new sugar baby that took care of his kids for him. I felt like I was in danger ALL THE TIME when he was around. He even had me go to fancy dinners with him and the kids, even though my full attention was on the kids. There was another job too, and this woman paid me $24 dollars a day. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY ON THIS SIGHT, EVERYONE IS CHEAP AND THE INTERVIEW PROCESS IS SUPER OVER THE TOP.

I would not recommend this service under any circumstance! I did this for just one month and I had nothing but a hard time. Most of the caregivers did not respond back to me and although they offer hundreds of caregivers once you put in your requirement it narrows you down to about 10 and they all want more money than you even make an hour. I sent about 15 messages and got two back. It is not worth the money and you still have to pay extra for background checks if you're selected provider did not already pay for one to have on file.. I had 10xs better luck on sittercity. and when it comes to canceling the membership or trying to get refunded it is nearly impossible. Please do your research.
