I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to cancel but the submit button wouldn't work after several attempts. They still charged me a ridiculously expensive renewal amount and when I called for a refund, they said they don't give refunds. I asked for a manager and they said I could only email them. Terrible/shady business model and worst customer service. Do not use.

This company is ridiculous. They say they have a "no refund policy" for automatic renewals but the trick is there is no place on the website where they offer to cancel your account...they use the language of "downgrade" your account which gives no detail about what that means or what you have downgraded too. The customer service is poor as there is no supervisor available they will make you disconnect your current call to try to call back in and speak with someone at a different line.

This is definitely a terrible company. They charged my card by deceivingly auto-renewing my account when I thought I was only signing up for a 1-month promotion. They wouldn't give a refund after several attempts to communicate with customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. Plus, I never found a nanny that was any good.

Didn’t find anyone for my need. Many inactive profiles or not most up to date info so had to waste lot of time. They don’t refund recurring membership even if you have not used their site for that month and even if you ask immediately after payment is deducted

Try to get them to stop charging your credit card. It is a runaround. I had to move mountains to unsubscribe.

I recommend reaching out to local resources. The providers who applied to my nanny position were only available part time. So this is literally to find a sitter on an as needed basis. Many people I reached out to were not available - so they do not keep their applicants up to date. Also beware. You may think you are making a one time purchase - but you are not. Without warning or reminders or receipts they charge you recurrent fees. Overall - not worth it - no costumer service lines and not transparent about what they are selling. Also they will FLOOD your email - but again will never send you a notification of renewal. If you need help with animal sitting Rover was MUCH more helpful for us.
