The company needs to seriously fix the issue with pending accounts. The site say is should take 24hrs, which is misleading. The moment I have virtual chat and explain my pending issue, it should be fixed and unlocked so I can communicate with families! everyone keeps saying 72hrs here, 72hrs there. I spoke to about 3 different agents and they all give the same story(72hrs). I've had this account for weeks!

I coud find a good reliable cleaner with Care. I coud try a few candidates first. I did not like that the premium memebership was debited several times from my bank account eventhough I had already found a cleaner.

Effective Customer Service. A beneficial improvement to the app would be the ability to upload applicable certifications and/or supporting documents (i.e. CPR, COVID vaccines, etc).

I was amazed at how many care providers were out there. It was nice to have such a collection of people to contact. My only complaint was people not responding back to me in a timely manner when I had contacted them. The exception was the person I hired.

Good resource. The candidates sometimes respond as available/qualified even when they aren't, which means they must not be paying attention the job description, or don't care.
