This site sucks, I have been working as a nanny for 10 years, I had like 20 good reviews of happy clients, and care.com decided to close my account because I lady complained about me, just because she asked me my hourly rate, I said 20$ per hour and she wrote “ lol I can’t pay that lol, it would be like 800$ Per week” and I said why is that funny? A lot of families pay me that. So the lady said I was rude. And this site closed my account, my work for 10 years with great reviews! I am single Mom and I was finding jobs there to pay my bills! Care.com sucks! Don’t support this site!

There is no customer service. There are fake recommendations. Most caregivers I contacted did not reply at all.

The people they had on their list were unqualified and did not match what I put into the criteria. And once I found someone to talk to they either never responded or did not show up for an interview. They only care about money - and have no interest in helping you protect and care for your child. As evidenced by their latest marketing crap

OPLICHTERS! Ik heb mij NOOIT opgegeven voor een premium pakket of wat dan ook op jullie website en toch flikken jullie het al maanden lang elke keer 35 euro te stelen. Walgelijk dit soort mensen. Kapot schamen zou ik me!

I wouldn't give any stars for this site. I was on for 7 months , cared for 5 seniors , was given 5 stars from everyone I cared for , amazing reviews about me. Then all of a sudden they just closed my account for no reason , totally absurd and unprofessional! I had answered many job postings too! They never gave a reason why and they say they can do that for no reason as well. The worst forum to deal with and I'll let everyone know it too not to pay them a dime and register with them !

The reason why I gave care.com a one star review is because there isn’t a zero! Not only is the customer service the worst on this site, the nannies are a joke! They all come and work for you for 1 day then they promise you the world and the entire time they are out looking for another job. If someone offers them $1 more they will call in sick and leave you and your kids high and dry! They waste your time and it’s not good for your children. Stay away from this website.

I have been so disappointed with this site. Expensive for getting nothing in return. Says no matches in my area on a regular basis. I deleted the app because of all the problems that I have encountered. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I refuse to pay for nothing!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is horrible! They will not give you a refund for services not used. I didn’t realize I forgot to cancel my membership (my fault) until I saw the new months charges pending in my bank account. Read the fine print. I immediately called customer service and the refused to issue a refund even though I was merely hours into the new billing cycle and they could verify that I hadn’t logged on for over a week. I’d understand if I was a week or more into the new month but that was not the case. Definitely a predatory company stay as far away as possible. I will be reporting them to BBB and I suggest everyone else does the same.
