Care.com is a scam, all they care about is getting your money. Be aware there is no refunds which they feel tell you when you sign up. The applicants on there are very shady, irresponsible, and post false availability and location to where they are on their profiles. care.com does not take the time to confirm the applicants that are posting for jobs on their website and they do not care. Allcare.com cares about is stealing your money from you pretty much, they have a phone number where you can contact their billing department when they want to get your money, but when you have a complaint there’s no one life to talk to there’s just stupid robotic chat that they have available that leads to no resolution whatsoever. It’s quite frustrating I’ve applied to over 40 applicants and they’re either not available even though they clearly post that they’re available for the times that I’m looking for or they have either moved to a different location in which case there’s no reason why they should be showing up under my search when I put in my ZIP Code. This is a very disorganized business and definitely not customer service oriented. Do not recommend. Do not waste your time or money. We all should really get together and do a class action suit against care.com. Wish I had Seen all these reviews before I subscribe to them. I would not have wasted my money subscribing to their service. Everything that everyone has posted on this review website is 100% accurate.

If I could give no stars, I would! 😡 Care.com is a scam. The caretakers are not available and many do not reply. Don’t waste your money! Use Facebook groups to find a trusted caretaker.

This is the most ridiculous company I’ve ever seen. They keep asking you to pay more and more . I paid a fee and they told me they would give me a free driving background check and they never did it. You can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone! I can’t get anybody to respond on the site for jobs . They told me if I paid the fee I could write to people and it won’t let me do that. Do not waste your money this is a complete joke and scammed and I hope that they get sued and put out of business.

I signed up for one month. Never got a caregiver. If those people posting for work already have work, why are they still posting! Secondly like many here. I SIGNED UP FOR ONE MONTH ONLY. But as we all found out they automatically start charging your card. I hope someone starts a class-action lawsuit. They're THIEVES. I suggest using Facebook. Just join all your surrounding community pages. This is how I found a grreat PCA.

There seem to be just fake profiles on this website. Before you sign up, you apparently receive multiple emails. Once signed up, no more emails and no replies to you messages. Once your subscription expires, the emails from (fake) members are back. Save your money and time and DO NOT SIGN UP to Care.com!!!! I should have read all the other reviews before I signed up.

Terrible! I wish I'd come to Trustpilot before signing up. They auto renew without telling you. Also they send me emails with jobs but the jobs are not real because I never got a single response from any I applied for, which was lots - not even a 'we've already found someone'. Do not give this company any money!

Waste of time and money... walk away from this site. Misleading, autobilling without any notice... looking like a scam to me

It appears this company makes a practice of charging people's credit cards each month, even after legitimately cancelling the service. Refusing, ever, to refund any money to consumers in good faith. This company is definitely taking money from hard working families, and is getting away with it. Why?? Not all consumers check for reviews, if they did ,they wouldn't sign up!!! I have decided to follow this company on various social media platforms to share my experience whenever someone ask for a review. There are far too many people who have had the same experience with this wretched company to not validate the horrible reviews. Writing reviews sure can help, but social media will probably reach more people. This company should not be allowed to continue the bait and switch game that they seem to have down to perfection. Anyone thinking about signing up for this membership will have regrets. I do not recommend this company on any level.
