I’ve hired multiple people through care over 15 years however the last 6 months there is only a handful of applicants to chose from there is virtually no support to speak of from care to inquire no communication path no way to contact them anymore or make inquiries or assist in any way whatsoever. You get the idea. They post expired profiles, take your money and then you realize there is virtually no applicants to choose from. Just a waste of money and scam worthy. The new CEO should be ashamed at not disclosing to new employers, long time employers through the service that he has very limited applicants before taking their money.

Oplichterij met nieuw verdienmodel! Wij zochten een oppas voor onze hond, er staan heel wat ‘hondenoppassers’ op deze site met leuke foto’s en verhalen. Dus bericht gemaakt met hondenoppas gezocht en info verstrekt. €28,- betaald voor één maand. Heel wat berichtjes gestuurd. Geen enkele reactie. Één persoon heeft uiteindelijk gereageerd, na oppas afspraak te hebben gemaakt werd deze door iemand anders geannuleerd. Ik vond het erg vreemd. Krijg nu geen reactie meer op mijn berichten van deze persoon. Premiumaccount had ik al teruggebracht naar basisaccount anders blijf je maandelijks een vast bedrag betalen voor helemaal niets .....

1 ster is teveel! Waardeloos. Geen contact te krijgen met welke hulpverlener ook. Oplichting, niet mee in zee gaan!!!!

Terrible service. And they will trick you into being auto charged and will not refund you. I wish I could give a review on the actual site. I wish that there was a person (manager) I could speak with. But nope. Will make sure to tell everyone I can to never use them!!!!

I signed up for a three month subscription and the charges me again after three months and refused to refund my money. Crooks!

Oerhört dåligt bemötande! Jag var endast inne och tittade på care.coms hemsida för hundvakt, började fylla i uppgifter och email, men insåg sedan att detta inte var något för oss. Döm om min förvåning när ni lagt ut någon annons som jag inte ens sett eller godkänt. Jag får mängder med email. Har bett er ta bort mina uppgifter omgående i snart en veckas tid och får inget svar mer än att ni ska svara inom 24 timmar. För att komma i kontakt måste man logga in eller bli medlem, vilket jag inte har något intresse av.

Awful site, there's no one on there for starters and if you cancel the membership you automatically get pushed off even though you have paid for a month. Is this even legal? I have paid therefore I should benefit from what I purchase. Crappy and should be shut down. Although, answered my own question why no one uses it!
