Difficult to Cancel - Waste of Money - Don't Subscribe Care.com is a waste of your time and money They do not have enough suitable staff. The staff they have are looking for Housekeeping jobs - a little light dusting - not for cleaning jobs where buckets and floor mops are involved Their account cancellation links are buried deep within their site - I'm pretty sure that most people who are foolish enough to subscribe cancel as soon as they can work out how. How many cleaners do you know who work outside a 5 mile radius from their homes? Care recommends cleaners from as much as 30 miles away

Avoid! As well as being very expensive, the subscription is on auto renew and the don’t sent a reminder prior to taking payment which I suspect is illegal but will check. So when taking it out, easily forget it’s there and 12 months later get charged again without prior notification then claim it’s non refundable! Then they claim it’s clearly set out in the T&C’s on signing up! I’m sorry but it’s not!!

The worst, absolute worst service. Terrible software and a waste of a month’s subscription. Signed up to hire a once off cleaner. Cost €30. Cleaners didn’t show, cancelled last minute and were slow communicating. No hire made and no apology or offer to refund by Care.com AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT PAY. Everything is fake. Waste of money and time.

Geen enkele reactie ontvangen,. Website ziet er best prima uit, maar als je € 35,- betaald verwacht je wel dat in ieder geval iemand reageert op je bericht (dit leek namelijk heel veel toen ik nog een basis account had, maar niets is minder waar).. Bewaar je geld liever dan dat je je voor niks aanmeld bij deze website

Ze spammen je met emails over reacties, maar je kan ze niet lezen tenzij je betaald.

Opzeggen van premium is niet duidelijk aangegeven hoe dit te doen. Op mijn mobiel is dit de workaround die ik vond aangezien er geen telefoonnummer of emailadres bij contactgegevens staan. Klik op contact onderaan de website. Er opent een invulformulier met stel ons een vraag oid. Hierin zijn je eigen naam en mailadres al ingevuld. Er staat bij vermeld dat er alleen word gecommuniceerd in het Duits en Engels. Het invulformulier heeft een dropdownbalk waar "Topic" staat. Hier kun je een onderwerp kiezen. Kies Annuleer inschrijving. Er verschijnt automatisch een pop-up met de vraag: weet je zeker dat je wilt downgraden? Lees en kijk nu goed. Je krijgt namelijk drie vervolgvragen, kies telkens voor downgraden ook al staat dit in de minder zichtbare letters. Na de laatste stap ontvang je enkele minuten later een mailtje. Hopelijk help ik hiermee anderen die geen gebruik meer willen maken van het premium account.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Kept hounding me with available jobs, wouldn't let me apply until I paid for the premium service which after months and months of emails I decided to do. Within 5days I've had my account terminated for NO REASON. But nothing wrong with my account until I had paid and then it's removed.. and they've notified all the jobs I've applied for that my account has been terminated which looks absolutely awful for my business. Quick Google search shows up terrible reviews and this is happening to many people! DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY!
