It's a dead end.
So frustrating. They might not have any real sitters, and you don't know unless you pay the fees upfront. Then they will refuse to refund. They will also try to upsell you on everything you can imagine. It's made to sound like background checks are included. That's not true, they will charge you extra for that. Then they will make you jump through more hoops. I paid and did everything they asked, and I was still never able to send a message to one. single. caregiver. Avoid.
