Theres not enough people using care.com in my area to give me enough choices for a good nanny i would trust and feel comfortable with. There were only about 8 choices and sorry, but im not leaving my 2 year old and 2 month old with any of the 18 year olds who claim to have 10+ years experience. I did reach out to the two decent options there were, but both of them ignored my message. Then care.com REFUSED to give my money back!!!!

It's a really awful service, but people use it because there is no alternative. They constantly direct you to payment portals, like for background checks that are already on file. And there is no customer service number to call. Good luck trying to chat with a customer care rep - you'll be waiting for hours, and they probably won't be able to help you. Providers are not prescreened (you really need to do your homework), and most are highly unreliable, not even showing up for interviews.

Wat een vreselijke oplichting. Wat kunnen we hier tegen doen. Niets werkt. Er wordt gemaild er staat een bericht voor je klaar, ik heb 3 mnd betaald maar gelijk mail er achterna om na 3 maanden het te beëindigen. Totaal geen reactie. Vreselijk. Hoe kan dit zo maar kunnen.

I signed up and canceled. then 10 months later I realised that I had been charged 85 USD every month. I logged in trying to cancel, but the link to cancel is missing. I only found it through an external page, which then lead me to the right place automatically. From the login there is no way to find it. Ok, I guess I need to check my credit card bills more carefully. But since I did not I was cheated out of 850 USD.

Total waste of time...tried to cancel within a week, first off could not find anyway to contact them, had to go thru my credit card company. Would not refund the yearly subscription cost after only a week. STAY AWAY!!! This is a con!!! F this company, no refunds? If I could get ahold of the CEO I'd beat his ass.

89-, pro Monat für ein Abo um einen Hundesitter für 20-./Stunde zu angagieren. Das so etwas überhaupt exisiert. Die hälfte der angegebenen Profile wahrscheindlich fake aber: Hauptsache Abo abschliessen;) Ich würde Betreiber so einer Seite allerhöchstens Hundekot als Zahlung anbieten.

Jeg er så træt af care.com. har slettet min annonce,skrevet til dem flere gange og alligevel bliver man bombaderet med mails fra dem og det er synd for de mennesker der svare på den. Stop care og slet min annonce. Det så en dårlig hjemmeside i har og meget besværlig at komme af med jer. Godt man ikke fik betalt for ingenting. Slet mig for pokker 🤬
