Created an account a few hours ago and already cancelled. I'm looking for a cleaner... why would I pay a subscription to a 3rd party?!

Horrible, deceptive. No customer support. You can't stop the service without the help of your credit card company because they don't respond to emails, no one mans their chat line and they don't have any phone contact info published. Beware

We signed up with them to look for a housekeeper. However, after meeting with a few people, we had picked someone and they couldn't show up. We never hired anyone. They have just put through the charge for membership again $140.11. When I called up, they said they don't refund, it was put through 5 days ago. Calling my credit card to file a complaint now. Help cannot send you to corporate either.

Not a SINGLE, what looked to be a decent, care person ever responded. I sent over 26 people my request for nanny/babysitter help and of that, no joke, the only 2 that responded and they were decent at best but never agreed to an in person or even over the phone interview and basically ghosted me. They also did not have pictures like most of the other “applicants”. The website is a pure scam and I’m only trying to be perfectly honest I would not waste my money if I were you.

To be honest, this site looked perfect until I read the reviews first. Glad I did. I always been the one that learns from others mistakes. Would have been nice, but I'll pass
