Took out a 1 month subscription, they continued to charge me. They do not engage with you or provide any facility for you to cancel your subscription, you can't speak to them, they don't respond to messages via email, they don't respond via the website. They are clearly trying to setup stealth subscriptions on peoples credit card accounts in the hope they don't notice.

I have tried and tried to cancel my account and they continue to bill me monthly. I’ve spoken to them and emailed. They keep billing me. Just a scam. Sorry I ever used them. So disappointed in the customer service.

Worthless. You cannot contact service providers with a free membership. You have to pay to even inquire if they are available for your work/project. And then they probably take a big chunk of what that person is supposedly being paid. Don't Bother. A waste of time.

These guys are fraud.. they haven't approved my job posting for 10 days. I told them to refund. They downgraded me but didn't refund. So I have a membership for 30 days, out of which 10 days is gone without getting my job approved.. This site should be penalized .. No wonder they have the ratings they have on trustpilot..

I signed up for Care.com last year for a 1-month subscription only and not to renew it. One year later, I got a credit card charge for $108 for an annual subscription that I never signed up for. I chatted with customer service and although the charge was yesterday and I haven't logged into my account in over a year, they REFUSED to refund my $108. Furthermore, when I log into my account, the option to delete my credit card info is greyed out and I can't remove it. This is a HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT use them. I do NOT TRUST THEM!

Worked for a woman who’s children used this company to find a live-in care giver for their mom…. What a nightmare. The person they hired scammed this family horribly. After a short time the caregiver moved her daughter into the house without the family being aware. When the poor woman passed away definitely because of elder abuse the family realized there was debt amounting to 20.000.00 that the caregiver incurred Be very cautious using this company.

Begin augustus heb ik mijn abonnement geannuleerd, eind augustus is er toch nog geld van m'n rekening afgenomen. Care.com geeft niet thuis en Paypal geeft me geen gelijk. Blijf weg van care.com lieve mensen, er zijn genoeg andere sites waar ze oppassers enzo zoeken. Ik zou graag van Care.com willen weten waarom er weken nadat ik m'n abonnement heb geannuleerd toch nog geld wordt afgenomen.
