Signed up for a one-time only use of Care.com for assistance with an out-patient trip to and from the office and they charged me another month without authorization. Said I signed up for the Premium Account, which I showed them I didn't. They would not adjust the $41. Why would I select a monthly rate of $41 dollars when there are other monthly memberships cheaper than that, right? Reason didn't help either. Called them the very day I got the charge. They are hurting for money I guess so maybe go elsewhere. I am disgusted.

After signing up for a subscription, they automatically renew your subscription and NEVER TELL YOU! You get charged EVERY MONTH thereafter! When I connected with the customer service, they said they could not refund the month it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Absolutely terrible business practices. I went to cancel my account, got the notice it was canceled then they charged me again. When speaking with customer service they said no refund policy, for their own mistake and an improperly working website. Then the lady on the chat terminated the chat in the middle of trying to find a resolution. Awful, terrible, horrible website.

While we were able to find a wonderful caregiver the actual business of care.com is corrupt, deceitful and manipulative. If you create an account and sign up for a subscription and then need to cancel be sure to double check when you go to cancel it that they actually cancel it. Save that email that states that you cancelled it as back up. They will try to continue to charge you so check your statements. Also if you need customer service they make it virtually impossible to connect with anyone. Many wonderful caregivers are on this site but honestly wasn't worth the aggravation and the underhanded financial cost.

So my work has a reimbursement benefit, it does not matter how many times I submit a receipt or if it is receipt fr their page, I get denied every single time! I am out of money that I don’t even have! I just freaking used them cause the benefit from my work. I freaking hate this website! Scammers!

I was a member of care.com as a job seeker and a disgruntled client that I worked privately for called care.com and told them something to get me kicked off the site. She immediately called them back to revoke her comments and still would not reinstate me. I have never had a complaint in 25 years of being a caregiver. What a shame that they don't give someone a chance.

Es stellte sich sogar heraus, dass eine von mir angeschriebene Inserentin die Nachricht gar nicht lesen konnte und mir somit auch nicht antworten konnte. Durch Zufall fand ich diese Inserentin via Internet selber. Das ist eine reine Abzocke und ich kann nicht verstehen, dass solch eine Bude überhaupt noch "existieren" darf. Es ist erbärmlich, dass man sich an Menschen, die vielleicht in Not sind, auch noch bereichert und Geld für eine Leistung bekommt, die aber der Kunde nicht erhält...., Umgangssprachlich nennt man so etwas: ABZOCKE. Das sollte definitiv durch den Konsumentenschutz Schweiz überprüft werden. Auf jeden Fall werde ich diese Meldung machen und mit dieser Bewertung kann ich nur alle anderen Interessenten vor dieser "Bude" warnen. Seriös geht definitiv anders......
