Over the years we've figured out how to describe what we're looking for and the Care.com community has responded well. We have found a few diamonds through the site and couldn't be happier. Caveat: you do need to wade through a bunch of people who don't read, etc.

I like being able to message parents after applying for jobs because sometimes they need a reminder and this helps me make sure I get a response. Something I would love though, is for a more personalized job search. I would like to be able to enter exactly the date I’m looking for to see if there is a match.

Let me tell you, the answers to both questions are YES!!!!!!! this app has helped me sky rocket my cleaning business and find other clients on my own completely FREE. All I do is message the client directly and wait for them to accept or decline my service. It is that simple. I HIGHLY recommend this app to other people in my profession.
