I joined Care to find a house cleaner. I posted my request and did not get a response. There were no instructions to post. I finally revised my post and received several applicants. As I tried to reply, the site would crash. The message area for applicants and customer service was covered by my keyboard on my iPad and iPhone. I had to collapse my keyboard every sentence to see what I had written. I had several questions which I I emailed to their customer service, the first on Nov. 5 and Nov. 9. I was supposed to receive a response within 48 hours. Still have not heard back. Today I used chat with customer service, it took 45 minutes and my issues were not resolved. Of course there is no refund of any kind. This is by far the worst online company I have ever used and I would recommend NOT to use it or pay for a membership.

I cannot believe how big this company is and how bad they are at operating. I was charged $15 directly before being told i’m not allowed to have an account. I tried every possible route to contact them and only got a response on Twitter. They told me they couldn’t give me an answer as to why I can’t have an account and that I had to go through iTunes to get a refund. Absolutely horrible, horrible business.

I wish I could give 0 star! They don’t care about anyone !!!!! They will just delete accounts like nothing too for no reason!!! Mom didn’t pay me and she still has the account but mine!

FRAUD!!! Do not sign up. It’s a complete scam, no real people only fake profiles and misleading emails.

Stupid. The free version doesn't allow reading responses to guage an applicants demeanor. It would make more sense to force upgrade for ME to respond/msg with them, but to just read? Nahhh. Be weary of the "free" version, it's just an info grab. Can't even say any of my 3 responses were genuine bc not allowed to view. Waste of my time.

i wanted to interview a young lady to watch 2 of my children the young lady kept telling me that she would only watch them at her house i don’t know you well enough to have my babies at your house. i have cameras in my house where i can see what is going on. i’m over it i’m damned if i go to work and damned if i don’t.

Complete and utter waste of money. I posted jobs and was unable to find anyone. Sitters, tutors, and pet sitters did not respond to posts or tried to sell me on doing services I wasn't interested in. I literally aimed for this service for 4 months with more than one job posted-nothing. I should have known better, the first time I tried we were stood up by two sitters in a row. Stay far away.
