Terrible. Where do I start.. costumer service is non existent and rude. The nannies/ babysitters in my Experience were not good.( I know it’s nothing to do with care.com) a babysitter fell asleep mid day while letting my children watch tv while she was here. One was a no show no call and it’s impossible to get someone to watch my kids. Waste of money and care.com will do nothing for you if you want to make changes to your account. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Waste of time and money, deceptively marketed to lure you in, not one single reply to my advert for a dog Walker? I paid £30 for a Single Month subscription ( so I could trial the product) only to discover it’s another…. you guessed it…auto renew! Currently trying to cancel through a vague contact form. My experience is that this is a complete con . Leave well alone

They’ve made it impossible to reach ANYone… I “emailed” them through the site - their info collection form which comes up when you click the lil box disguised as a chat box on the site. I received an email back promptly claiming they’d do their best to get back to me in 48 hours - months went by - ONLY when I contacted them via facebook messenger was I able to talk to someone who seeeeems like a real person - but had EVERY excuse in the book not to refund my $$ after I was charged for months after I requested via “email” to cancel my membership — WHICH I “should have been able to do” — IF I could login — I was locked out and unable to get in, with no way to mitigate THAT. I’m calling my bank to see if I can get months of charges reversed — HOPEfully that works. I HOPE someone makes a site that serves the same purpose caredotcom fills — but with decent customer service — whAt a joke. (Wish it were an anomaly these days….)

SCAM ALERT!! Collect for background checks they never provide. No way to update your profile once established. The app advises user that changes to the profile must be reviewed. The profile never updates after you make changes to it online. Repeated emails go unanswered. Chat customer service has no listing of the two customer service numbers they claim are available, billing or safety concerns. They do not provide a phone number for maintaining your profile or other issues. Instead they direct you to your monthly billing statement for that information (not yet received). They also don't have any real-time information about your profile. Instead they provide general answers that do not solve your issue.

This company had the worst customer service yet.I was charged the monthly fee and could not get access into my account. I have reached out 4 times regarding the situation and still no response. They continued to charge my card without any of the services. I have still not heard back from them. Had to cancel my card.

Barely anyone responds or has accurate info on their profiles. Even worse is that I cancelled months ago and they continued charging me AND won't refund my account after I flagged the issue to them.
