This happened at 8:45 in the morning on March 19th I hope you could look up our conversations that was ended abruptly Thank you for your services otherwise I have no complaints about Care credit.

We're looking for a driver and aide in two places, Salem, MA and Somerville, MA. I'm getting applications from people in Burlington, Quincy, Reading, Waltham, and many other places that aren't applicable. If it's very nearby, such as Cambridge for Somerville, that's fine. But most of these are too far to provide the local assistance that is needed, so this is taking a huge amount of time. I'm just going to focus on Somerville now. Kindly only send applications from appropriate locations. Thank you.

The system needs to make connection easier some info is blocked, like phone number simple steps work well for anybody except seniors, don't forget garbage in,wellll, you know. God bless laugh be happy

Account functionality is terrible on the caregiver side. Most recently, for several days I've been getting a notification that my account needs an annual identity verification, but when I click to continue, nothing happens. In the meantime, I can't read my messages with families or update my profile information. When I try to use their "help" bot, I'm asked to choose between preset options that don't apply to me; when I ask it to get me to a human who can help, the bot asks me for the same basic contact info which is already attached to the account I'm logged into. Customer service is not responsive even when you do manage to make a request. They recently removed all web functionality so you can only do things in the mobile app, which was not an accessibility-friendly choice even if the mobile app worked properly. This is the only babysitting app I've had success with in my current area, so it's really frustrating to have it become so unusable.

The company itself (not the agents or caregivers) is so sneaky and greedy. They do not tell you that they're about to charge you or send you a receipt, they just keep quietly charging you every 3 months after signup (and hope you don't notice), and at signup they make it sound like it's $75 annually which isn't bad. But NOPE, it's $75 plus taxes and fees (so really $82) every 3 months, which is so ridiculous! And there isn't a variety of plan options. You either pay this crazy rate which tallies to be about $330 a year or you pay $38 a month. Highway robbery. I'll just go to Craigslist thanks.

I’ve found it difficult to find reliable tutors just to even schedule a call. I reached out to quite a few people with very little replies. I’m still currently trying to find a tutor.

The booking process is not clear after you select hired

I've used care.com in the past with a good bit of success. My company offers access to care.com so I signed up as I reached a place where I really need help at home. Posting went well and I got good candidate responses quickly. But then, my troubles began. It's been HORRIBLE trying to contact candidates outside of cares messaging forum. Customer Support was giving terrible advice... like if I mark a candidate that I haven't even spoken to as "hired" then contact information won't be masked. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm certain I've lost candidates because of comm problems. But on the flip side, those that figure out a way to communicate successfully are getting points for problem solving. I'm using this platform because of stress and burdens. It feels like the platform is adding to that... not helping. I'll get through it this time, but it will certainly be my last.
