I spent £60 for two months subscription. I only found two potential babysitters in that time. Once I cancelled the subscription they blocked me from seeing the messages I'd actually paid to exchange so I lost the details and all the money I spent is completely wasted. Don't use this service. Unethical and overpriced!!

Signed up to the free version of this. They somehow started a monthly subscription even though I never agreed to it. Applying for the money back via our credit card company.

For two consecutive months I tried to downgrade my subscription, but any time I would click "downgrade" it would simply send me to a page where I was requested to leave a review. From that page, there was no going forward! Just back! There was in other words no way for me to downgrade. For two months I paid full price, there was no phone number to call and my emails weren't answered. I finally tried to chat with customer service today and apart from keeping me waiting and that I kept being pushed at the end of the line somehow, they were completely unhelpful and basically called me a liar and told me that I obviously hadn't read the rules. They refused to acknowledge any bug in their system and to refund me for these past two months. I am really upset

Care.com will continue to bill your credit card after you have requested to cancel your subscription. Make sure you get an email confirmation, and block them on your credit card from billing you!!

Oplichters. Premium account nodig om reacties te kunnen geven. Dus abbo van 10 euro per maand. Maar instelling om abbo op te zeggen ontbreekt mysterieus genoeg. Je kan alleen je status veranderen naar gedeactiveerd. Maar dan moet je wel gewoon blijven betalen. Telefoonnummer werkt niet. En contact alleen via contactformulier mogelijk. En daar wordt niet op gereageerd. Niet met deze partij in zee gaan dus.

Last year I really needed help and so I paid for the membership and still could not find a baby sitter that would come to my home and babysit.I did find one but she flaked out at the last minute. I don't have a car so could not drive to the babysitters house.So it was a big waste of money for me.I searched for a whole month before canceling my membership. I think most of those babysitters won't babysit unless you are paying a lot like $20 an hour which more than what I make.Like other people said,I don't think they have that many real care givers.I bet half the profiles and reviews are fake to make people think they have a chance at finding a caregiver.It is kind of suspicious how most people look young and good on the site.I think a lot of people do t want to use the site for a job,because they don't want to be going to strangers houses like that.Not to mention that any weirdo anyone could set them up for an attack through the site.

I’d agree with every other review here. The site is awful. Do not be fooled. I cancelled and they took an extra month off me. Emailed and complained about it and got sent a bog standard reply. Avoid at all costs. Im now applying to my credit card to get my money back.
