I've applied for 50 plus jobs. Paid the money to see who viewed my profile plus the Fee. It's a freaking scam. Don't do it!!!!!

Care.com makes you pay to join and pay for a background check. Well, after applying to jobs and messaging back and forth I was notified that my account was removed because of my background check. Having no idea why this could be I checked and remembered that many years prior I had had ONE minor speeding ticket. A speeding ticket once is literally the only charge I've ever had. I was refused a refund. Something so common and minor disqualifying you from an account should be clearly stated in the application. Otherwise you just know good and well you're taking people's money— why should anyone expect that will get you removed? I've gotten jobs at preschools, schools, and with families privately with that ticket on my record. I can only imagine how many people they've taken money from this way. Look around online at all of their shadiness. Parents please avoid this site and take your attention to candidates elsewhere.

Vraiment nul ! Je cherchais une nounou en anglais pour mon fils. Le site fait miroiter des profils pour vous pousser à devenir membre premium. J'ai tenté en pensant dépenser 9€ seulement pour pouvoir contacter des gens. Finalement rien, pas de réponse ou que des profils qui ne conviennent pas aux critères. Ensuite je m'appercois que je continue d'être prélevé tous les mois de 9€... très déçu n'ayant pas trouvé ce que je cherchai et avec l'impression de mettre fait volé.

They talk a good game…we were very specific about what we needed but the ladies they sent we’re NOT what we needed. All they wanted to do was sit and talk, AND there’s NO refund! BIG waste of time and money!!! How can I rate them ZERO stars?!?!

Scam, be careful. None of many contacted profiles answered. You have to pay to see the messages from babysitters and when they never answer you back even though you invite them to an interview.

I was looking for someone to run a quick errand for me so I signed up and paid for a membership on this site. Now I got kicked out and they took my money for membership. I demand a full refund if they're not going to offer there service to me.

This is not a bad company in terms of finding care for my daughter. Finding someone can be difficult not matter what method you use. I have found some great people on here and there have been other times when I wasn't able to find anyone at all. I don't think the site can be faulted for that. What I can fault them for is the shady subscription renewals they have. They don't send out any notification that they are about to renew so you can opt out if you don't need it at the time and they won't refund your money either. I have a full time job, I'm a single mother of 3 girls, one of my daughters is disabled. In other words I don't need another thing on my to-do list to keep track of their subscription and make sure it doesn't renew if I don't currently need it. Reputable companies notify a person before a subscription renews so you can opt out if you don't want or need it. This company does not do that. It's a shady business practice in my opinion.
