Caregivers do not respond. It does seem like a scam to extend the time you pay for using the site.

If you have an issue you can’t communicate with anyone.. Keep sending you robotic automated reply’s . No way to resolve anything. WORST CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION EVER!!! Don’t give these people your credit card number. Company has no morals . Read the fine print !!! RUN!!! I should have read the reviews first!!!

Oplichters. Als je je inschrijft krijg je direct een aantal reacties, maar je kan pas reageren op deze reacties nadat je abonnement geld hebt betaald. Na betaling wordt er helemaal niet meer op je berichtjes gereageerd. Kortom oplichters.

There is no phone number or email listed anywhere on their web site for customer service because they don't want to provide it. They no longer offer refunds and they make it difficult to delete your credit card or don't alert you to future billings. And the service itself is just no good.

Care.com said they had many matches - if I signed up for Premium, could contact them. After paying over $131 for 1 year, found no match for my housekeeping search. 3 people were returned - 2 who wanted child care and 1 would wanted senior care. Said they would do light housekeeping as part of care duties. Wasted my money and time. No way I could find to contact the company - realized first day after I signed up it was bogus and wanted my money back.

I sent my DBS X 2 to Care.com, and wish I hadn't! They have NOT returned my originals. I have had zero response after several messages via email, apart from one which simply said 'We posted it on Friday'... really? It didn't arrive! This is unacceptable. Their site re. jobs is rubbish as well. I actually, strange as it may seem to care.com, require MY DBS clearances returned! I asked them when posted to please return via Recorded Delivery, as sent BY Recorded Delivery. Don't bother looking for a job with this lot. They are unreliable, ignorant, and useless.

Useless site and they make it so difficult to cancel. Dont get into this trap. Very disappointed.

App has a bunch of amateurs that are overpriced. I’ve had to re create so many accounts after paying almost 200 for a year membership 3 times, they don’t give you your money back. Terrible app & terrible sitters
