I subscribed to their "premium" membership to check messages seemingly sent from carers applying for my job advert. Once I've paid for premium and accessed these messages I've realized they are auto-generated and not real messages from potential candidates. I requested a refund for the monthly premium membership but received no response at all despite being told it will be forwarded to the Finance department. Total scam, best to stay away from this company and look elsewhere.

I paid for background checks they never delivered. You can't talk to anyone on phone. they don't answer email on the chat, you will be constantly disconnected and no one will reach back out to you they took my money (a special premium service) to provide background checks and then never provided them - not a single one they are beyond frustrating to deal with avoid at all costs

Total Scam...I searched for a number of caregiver sites in my area. This site seemed promising as it appears to have lot of caregiver. I signed up and paid for 3 mths. I reached out to a number of the caregivers...not one response. All of them were fake ads. I had one responses, but their schedule was completely different from my ad, so it was a fake response. Most of the caregiver are from other states and they just copy those profiles over...they are fake...pls don't get ripped off...I was not able to get my money back...worst experience of my life...

Placed an ad, lots of applications but no one would respond or setup an interview. Total scam!!!! I signed up for a month but they charged me a year subscription.

I almost hired someone whose profile stated she was a registered nurse and certified nurse assistant. I checked her many other platforms and she represents herself as a Physician's Assistant as well. I looked for licensing and certification and she is not listed in any medical licensing database for the State. It is a crime to represent yourself as an PA/RN if you are not. I requested a refund because they are allowing criminal activity on their website. They told me no refunds. DO NOT HIRE ANY CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE FROM THEM. They do not vet their senior care professionals.

My husband and I purchased an account to try and find a nanny. After a couple of days we did some editing to update our needs ad contact information. Within minutes of doing this we were locked out of the account. No reason was given. No refund. We did not violate any rules listed. There is no phone number listed on their website - although you can find one on the internet if you search enough - but when you call it tells you to go to the website and hangs up. There is a chat option, but you have to log in to use that - which you can't do when you've been locked out of your account. We have tried emailing them 3 times through their website in the last week and haven't gotten a response.

Was looking for a cleaner and this site came across to me. I have set up my account but stick to the basic account as I dod not have intentions to sign up yet. Thank god I didn’t. I have chosen a few women and then site said they have messaged them on behalf of me. Then this morning got a message that I have some replies. But can’t see their messages without upgrading the account (£29.99/month) you kidding me!!!! So then I have started thinking that tjis can’t be right, came here and so all the negative messages! 100% avoid this site as it is a SCAM! Messaged them this morning that I want to delete my account as they don’t offer this option on their site! I am mot happy that they keep my personal contact details in their database! Ridiculous!
