La app te permite ver ofertas de trabajo y tú mismo elegir el día, las horas, la ubicación y por supuesto cuánto quieres que te paguen por tu trabajo (negociable con la persona de la oferta) es una app que yo recomiendo para buscar empleo

We have found multiple fantastic caregivers on Care.com for our disabled son. It has truly been an easy and rewarding experience to use their site and we have been so fortunate to find caring and supportive individuals. All the times I’ve used the site I’ve found a candidate within 30 days . 100 % recommend!!

I love Care.com. Several times I have been warned by them that a person was a potential scammer. Care.com immediately deleted their account and blocked them from being able to communicate with me anymore. It makes me feel so much safer using the app. Also it's so easy to use the app and connect with people who need a Nanny.

Inviting someone new into my personal space to clean my home requires a lot of trust, which is why I decided to hire through Care.com. Their background check feature made the difference for me.

I’ve had previous experience with Care.com as a nanny / babysitter and enjoyed the service. This was my first time as a seeker and it was a very smooth, easy experience. I was fortunate to have numerous applicants and found a nanny who we trust. I also utilized the video feature for a virtual interview of one applicant and it worked great. Would definitely recommend and use again!
