It was nice to finally be able to talk to a person on the phone. They handel my situation. It is sad how hard it is to find how to talk to a real person. I was in an emergency situation, because I was scarred about the scam and wanted someone asap. I don't like giving out personal info on care.com for that very reason. Thank you

The website isn’t intuitive. I had to use my search engine to find how to cancel my membership once I found someone whose experience fulfilled my requirements.

The website is great & straight forward. I do notlike that I have to wait a certain amount of business days in order for my payment to be received after I complete a job. Also the fee that is deducted from my money to process my payment i am assuming by a 3rd party (the fee is to high $25.00)

The website is not very user friendly. It wasn't clear how to actually book a sitter and then how to pay. Although eventually I was able to do both. Also, there are no numbers to call to reach someone directly regarding assistance with the website. However, the pet care givers' responses were quick and I liked the review of care givers process. Also setting up my needs for a pet care givers was fairly easy and detailed.
