Hi Eruiz, Thanks very much for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. Please know that we do encourage all members to have a profile photo, and if there is a potential caregiver that has a great profile, but no picture, please ask them to upload their picture. Typically, they will be happy to do this if they are truly interested in your job! Additionally, some families will schedule first interviews at a local coffee shop, and then ask their final top candidates to their house for a second interview. We're very sorry to hear that you've had 2 last minute cancellations and have not received many responses. If you have not posted a job yet, please take a moment to post your job, as we find this is the most effective way to find a caregiver. However, if you have posted a job and would like to update your job post you can do so at any time. The more details you can include to your job the better! Additionally, you are also able to share your feedback with those 2 caregivers by posting a review directly to their profile.
